I took some time off the other morning to roam the church yard with my camera. It seemed like it would rain, so there was no point in going to a park... But there was a whole "park" right in my backyard! There was a lot of life, beauty, and lessons for me. And here I thought it was just a pile of dirt grown up in weeds...
Fire Ants... I don't miss those things!
ReplyDeleteI remember laying out on the lawn at RL one summer - there's a whole other world below the surface of the grass.
I won't miss the fire ants either!
ReplyDeleteI was helping an elderly lady pull weeds out of her potted flowers on the steps, and suddenly had them covering my arm up to my elbows! They must run until they hear some kind of trumpet call that tells them when to stop running and bite, because they all seem to bite at once!
There were fire ants at RL? I never knew...
